This is “IF..THEN”.. basically, you’re given a series of choices. Whichever choice you pick, has a direction to follow according to it. May be judged, it depends..!

LN: T, L, or R (Last name starts with this letter)
If T, then it’s a place.
If L, then it’s a common girls name.
If R, then it ends in ‘ing’.

DH: Matthew, Alec, or Joseph (Pick one, it will be the first name)
If Matthew, then the MN is a character name in a movie you love.
If Alec, then the MN is your favorite boy name.
If Joseph, then the MN is Russian.
